First, don’t worry! If your Perfect Bar products arrived warm, they are still completely safe to eat. Perfect Bars are only meant to be refrigerated to help maintain the perfect taste and texture. Simply refrigerate as soon as possible, until ready you're to enjoy.

Perfect Bar's formula was developed over 20 years ago by our founders, and we continue to use their original combination of fruits and vegetables superfood powders.

Fresh vegetables and fruits are a wonderful source of fiber and nutrients. You might not taste it, but we have 20+ different superfoods such as vegetables, fruits and oils in our products.

Because our formulas are proprietary, we are unable to disclose exactly how much of each ingredient is in our foods.

There are 8 full size and Snack Perfect Bars, 16 Dark Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter and Peanut Butter Minis, and 12 PB&J, Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter, Double Chocolate, and Chocolate Covered Salted Caramel Mini bars per box.

This means that Perfect Bars--our full-size, snack and mini bars, and Crisp-- stay fresh for 1 week outside the fridge. After a week, they may start to dry out as the oils from the nut butter will separate.

This product is okay to be out of the fridge for two days. However, we suggest you treat them like a chocolate bar and we all know that chocolate can melt!

No way! All Perfect Bar products do not contain palm oil.

Our original family protein bar recipe, now mini-size! Made with freshly-ground peanut butter, organic honey and 20+ superfoods, Perfect Bar® Mini is the solution to your snacking needs. Whether you’re heading home from the gym or recharging after school, our Mini bars will give your family the nutritious push they need to stay fueled and happy throughout the day. With Perfect Bar Mini, a little goes a long way!

The top toasted honey oat layer is made of rolled gluten-free oats, honey, coconut oil, and maple & tapioca syrup, mixed together to add the perfect crispy texture.

The fruit spread in our Mixed Berry Crisp and PB&J Mini bar is made of apple puree concentrate, apple juice concentrate, strawberry puree, blueberry puree, and raspberry puree, mixed together to create the delicious 100% real fruit spread.

The Dark Chocolate Spread is made of organic fair trade dark chocolate, date paste, cocoa, peanut butter and peanut flour, vanilla extract and sea salt. The ingredients are mixed together to create the delicious chocolate layer.

Refrigeration

Please see "Product Specific Questions" to determine how long your Perfect Bar product can be left out of the fridge. However, please note, all Perfect Bar products are still safe to consume, even if they become warm. Refrigeration is only required to maintain the perfect taste, texture, and shape.

You’ll find our ‘best by’ date printed on each package, which is the most accurate reference, but all products stay fresh for several months when stored in the fridge.

Since we don’t use chemical preservatives or overly-processed ingredients, refrigeration is required to maintain the optimal freshness, consistency, shape and flavor of our products.

Nutrition & Ingredients

The premise of the Keto diet is to consume high-fat, low-carb foods with adequate protein, forcing the body to burn fats, than carbohydrates. While the nuts, milk, egg and rice in Perfect Snacks contribute to a balanced fat and protein make up, we also add organic honey to help bind the bars together and make them taste delicious! Because of this, Perfect Bars are unsuitable for Keto dieters.

Many people who follow a strict paleo diet do not consume any dairy products. All of our products are made with non-fat dry milk Perfect Bars are unsuitable for paleo dieters.

The Whole30 approach is to eat moderate amounts of protein, lots of veggies, some fruit and natural fats. Strictly forbidden are dairy and any sugar source – including honey. Because most of our products are made with organic non-fat dry milk and organic honey, this makes them unsuitable for Whole 30 dieters.

All Perfect Bar products have been tested to be low glycemic index. This means that they cause a lower and slower rise in blood sugar to keep you fuller, longer.

Our products are cold-pressed, not cooked, however our ingredients are pasteurized.

We use organic wildflower honey that has been pasteurized and filtered through a 150 micron or finer filter. Our organic, non-fat dry milk and organic whole egg powder are pasteurized as well. These proteins are heat treated under pressure, then moisture is removed via dryers to produce a stable powder. Pasteurization kills pathogens and drying lowers the water activity to prevent bacterial growth.

All of our products are Kosher, certified by Orthodox Union (OU). This means a rabbinic agency has verified that all of the product’s ingredients and derivatives, its production facility (including all tools and machinery) and actual production have no trace of non-Kosher substances. The symbol "OU" on our product wrappers is an indication of this certification.

We value the sourcing of organic ingredients and work hard to offer organic as much as possible. However, we also have to balance offering a product at a price that is fair for everyone. Be sure to look for the USDA Certified Organic logo to determine which Perfect Bar products are organic.

There is a small amount of refined sugar coming from the chocolate chips themselves, found only in our chocolate-flavored varieties. Our fair trade chocolate chips are ethically sourced and align with our food values and mission.

Our other non-chocolate flavors do not contain any refined sugar. The main source of sugar is from organic honey. We use it not only because it provides sweetness, but honey also acts as a natural preservative and helps hold the nut-butter together, as we do not use any chemical preservatives. Other sources of sugar in our bars vary by flavor but may include maple syrup, lactose coming from organic non-fat dry milk, added fruit and even peanuts themselves inherently contain some sugar.

Everybody has different sensitivities to sugar and carbohydrates; whether our products fit your diet is a personal choice and we always recommend that you consult your physician or a registered dietitian.

Please note, many people purchase Perfect Bar products because they fit into their healthy lifestyle. Our products contain ample protein, good fats and most are a good source of fiber, all of which work together to modulate our body’s glucose response. In fact, all of our products have tested low glycemic index, which means they cause a lower and slower rise in blood sugar to keep you fuller, longer.

The main source of sugar in our products is organic honey. It provides sweetness and works to bind the nut-butter together. It also acts as a natural preservative, as we don’t use any chemical preservatives. Some products also use maple syrup as a sweetener. Additionally, our chocolate varieties contain fair trade chocolate chips that provide a small amount of sweetness.

Protein+

Protein+ is our high-protein snack bar made with 20g of protein and 6g of fiber, including 3g of prebiotic fiber. It’s made with clean, whole food ingredients—no artificial sweeteners, flavors, colors, or preservatives.

No, Protein+ contains prebiotics, not probiotics. Prebiotics are plant-based fibers that help nourish the good bacteria already in your gut.

Most protein bars force you to choose between high protein or clean ingredients—Protein+ gives you both. You get 20g of protein, 3g of prebiotic fiber, and zero artificial junk.

Each bar delivers 20g of high-quality protein, primarily sourced from grass-fed whey. Grass-fed whey protein is chosen for its excellent amino acid profile, promoting muscle recovery and satiety.

Protein+ includes 6g of fiber, including 3g of prebiotic fiber.

Nope. Protein+ is sweetened only with organic honey—no sugar alcohols, and no artificial aftertaste. We consciously avoid artificial sweeteners such as sucralose, aspartame, and acesulfame potassium, as well as sugar alcohols like erythritol and maltitol (which can cause digestive discomfort).

Yes. Like all Perfect Snacks products, Protein+ is stored in the fridge. Refrigeration helps to maintain optimal tastiness and texture, primarily by preventing the natural nut butter oils from separating (much like a jar of organic peanut butter). Rest assured, our bars remain fresh out of the fridge for up to 7 days at room temperature. It won't spoil, and you can re-refrigerate it if not consumed.

Yes, Protein+ is gluten-free and made without wheat or gluten-containing ingredients.

Experience a soft, crispy, and subtly sweet flavor with Perfect Bar Protein+. Unlike many protein bars that rely on artificial flavors, ours delivers a genuinely authentic taste, thanks to wholesome ingredients such as organic peanut butter, real dark chocolate, and organic honey.

Protein+ is our highest protein offering yet, featuring grass-fed whey protein as its primary protein source! Each bar also includes 6g of total fiber (including 3g of prebiotic fiber) to support digestive health. As with our original Perfect Bar, our new Perfect Bar Protein+ is packed with 20+ superfoods, free of artificial sweeteners, gluten-free, Kosher, and Non-GMO Project Verified.

Oaties

Oaties are Perfect Bar’s first oat-based protein bar, a refrigerated snack made with oats instead of nut butter, featuring 8g of protein, 3-4g of fiber, and 20+ superfoods. They’re crafted with clean, whole-food ingredients and nothing artificial, making them a snack the whole family can enjoy.

While our original Perfect Bars are made with a nut butter base, Oaties are made with oats, making them accessible to a wider range of families. Same refrigerated, real-ingredient philosophy; new oat-forward formula.

Each Oaties bar contains 8g of protein, great for lunchboxes, afternoon hunger, and all the moments in between.

Oaties are made with whole food ingredients including wholesome, organic oats, organic honey, and maple syrup, along with 20+ superfoods. They contain no artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners, or preservatives.

Nope. Oaties are sweetened with 100% organic honey and maple syrup, no sugar alcohols, no artificial sweeteners, no artificial aftertaste.

Yes. Like all Perfect Snacks products, Oaties are stored in the fridge. Refrigeration helps preserve the fresh texture and flavor of the bars. That said, Oaties can be kept at room temperature for up to seven days, great for travel, lunchboxes, and on-the-go snacking. Just refrigerate when not consumed.

Oaties come in two delicious flavors: Oatmeal Cookie Dough and Brownie Batter. You can also grab both in the Oaties Variety Pack (8 Oatmeal Cookie Dough + 4 Brownie Batter).

Yes, Oaties are kosher certified.

Oaties provides 3-4g of fiber per serving, depending on the flavor.

Oatmeal Cookie Dough has a soft, cookie dough-like bite straight from the fridge. Brownie Batter is rich and fudgy with a deep chocolate flavor. Both provide delicious flavor from real ingredients, not just “good for a protein bar.”

Oaties are low glycemic index (Low GI), meaning they provide a lower and slower rise in blood sugar. It’s a great option for kids and adults alike.

Shipping & Delivery

We only ship to locations here in the U.S.

Other than that, we are sold at various retail stores in Canada. Please use our [store locator](/content/pages/store-locator "Store Locator"/index.html)  and toggle to Canadian Products to find a location nearest you that carries our products!

We cold-ship our products using ice-packs and insulated packaging to ensure Perfect Bar products stay cool during the majority of the time in transit. Keep in mind, if you're ordering during the warmer months and your products arrive warm, they are still completely safe to consume; just place them back into the fridge to let them return to their normal consistency!

Our ice-packs can be reused/repurposed for personal use or can be discarded of. The cardboard box, liner, and insulation are widely curbside recyclable.

Can’t find your package? Please take a look at any notes your carrier may have made in your tracking history (i.e. Left at Front Door). If you're still unable to locate the package, please contact UPS (1-800-742-5877). If your shipping address is in an apartment complex or office building, we’d recommend checking in with your neighbors, front desk attendant, property manager, and/or mail room.

Often times packages will turn up 24-48 hours after being reported missing, so if after 48 hours your package still hasn’t turned up, please reach out to us at support@perfectsnacks.com.

After you successfully place an order on our website, you’ll receive an order confirmation email from us. Please verify that your shipping address is listed correctly.

If you find that your address is incorrect, and your order is still open in our system, we would be more than happy to update the shipping address on your order.

If your order has shipped, we are unable to update the shipping address, due to the challenges of rerouting a package mid-transit.

We know how excited you are to receive your Perfect Bar order and it brings us joy to deliver your favorites straight to your door! We want to ensure that your product arrives fresh and ready for it’s new home in your fridge, so we do follow a strict shipping schedule.

It generally takes about 24-48 hours for an order to complete processing. Please note that we do not ship out orders Friday-Sunday to preserve product freshness, so if your order will not arrive by Saturday, it will be held to ship the following week. Additionally, orders placed during holidays, sales, or new product launches may experience a longer processing window.

When your order has completed processing and is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to your tracking information. Please check your spam or junk inboxes for emails from us, as they may be sorted there accidentally by your email carrier. Packages are typically delivered within 1-4 days once shipped.

Once you input your zip code, click on each store to see a list of products they have in stock. If you are searching for a specific flavor or product, be sure to use our "Select Specific Products" filter to choose the item(s) you are looking for.

Please note, our store locator is automatically updated every 4 weeks as it detects the bar-codes of Perfect Snacks as they are scanned through the register. Because of this, it may be beneficial to call prior to heading over, just to make sure the flavor or product you’re looking for is still in stock. The phone number for each store is shown online as well.

We are unable to hold or postpone orders to ship at a later date, we apologize for the inconvenience.

We are unable to swap items or edit orders. If you would like to cancel your order, and reorder the correct flavors, please reach out to us ASAP, as the cancellation window is very limited.

Subscription

When you sign up for a subscription with us, we’ll send you an account activation email. Set up a password using this email, and then you can login using your new credentials. To log in, visit our website and click the My Account button next to the "My Cart" button. Once you’re in your account, click on "Manage Subscription".

Here you’ll be able to easily add or swap products, skip an order, change the delivery date of your next order, update your subscription details (payment, delivery address) and/or cancel your subscription.

If the website is not recognizing your email, that means you have not created a password yet. If you cannot find your original account activation email, reach out to our team via our [contact page](/content/pages/contact "Contact Us"/index.html) and we’ll re-send you the instructions.

To sign up for recurring orders with us, please choose the option ‘Subscribe & Save 10%’, rather than ‘One time purchase’ when placing your order. When you choose the 'Subscribe & Save 10%' option, a drop-down menu will appear in the cart, allowing you to choose your desired frequency; this frequency lets us know how often to ship your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot edit orders once they have processed. If it's not too late, we may be able to cancel your order and update your subscription, then have a new order process the same week. Keep in mind, we do send out a reminder email 5 days in advance to give you notice of your upcoming order, before it is processed. This would be the ideal time to make any changes to your upcoming order.

Route Package Protection

Marked As Delivered but Cannot Locate Package (Stolen)

Issues can be approved no earlier than 2 and no later than 30 days from when it was marked delivered. Orders over $100 USD require a police report.

Issues can be approved no earlier than 3 days and no later than 30 days from the last update.

File issues for damaged items with photos of the package and item (required) no later than 30 days from when it was marked delivered.

To protect your order against damage that occurred during shipping, add Route Protect (package protection) at checkout.

When you add Route Protect at checkout, you can easily file an issue for a lost, stolen, or damaged package. When you file an issue, it will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 1-2 business days.
